To respect both our time and our clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a 50% cancellation fee. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment and may be subject to the cancellation fee.
